Bigg Boss VOOT is merely days away from streaming. This time, the controversial reality show will first premiere on OTT platform Voot select, which will be hosted by Karan Johar. Only after six weeks of it’s streaming on Voot it will be aired on TV with the remaining contestants who will survive on the OTT platform. The show then will be anchored by the regular host Salman Khan.
The show is just around the corner and fans have been left guessing which celebs would be locked inside the house. The digital version will see 12 contestants fighting it out for 12 weeks to win the trophy. The top performers will get a chance to feature in Bigg Boss 15 which will be aired on TV. Here are some of the contestants that you will see on this controversial show.
Neha Bhasin
The makers on Saturday confirmed her as the contestant of the Bigg Boss 15. She is one of the popular singers in Bollywood and she is known for her hit numbers like Chashni, Jag Ghoomeya, Dhunki, and Kuch Khaas Hai. Over the years, the popular singer has transformed drastically in terms of her looks and personality. Her eclectic taste in fashion is something viewers will get to witness on Bigg Boss OTT.
Zeeshan Khan
The next confirmed contestant is Kumkum Bhagya actor Zeeshan Khan. He recently made headlines after he decided to fly in a bathrobe. He recorded his heated discussion with the airlines objecting to his ‘outfit’, which soon went viral on social media.
Divya Agarwal
Model, actor, dancer and reality show star, Divya, rules millions of hearts. Divya Agarwal is again known for being part of several reality shows. An actor, a model, Divya is currently dating Varun Sood, who is currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. She is also a winner of the MTV show Ace of Space season 1.
Karan Nath
The next confirmed contestant is Karan Nath. Karan Nath shot to fame with the film Yeh Dil Aashiqana. He also did films like – Paagalpan, Zabardast, LOC: Kargil and Guns of Banaras among others.
Akshara Singh
Akshara Singh is touted to be a huge star in the Bhojpuri industry. She recently made headlines after she filed a complaint against singer Pawan Singh alleging that he had sent some vulgar messages to her.
Pratik Sehajpal
Pratik Sehajpal was last seen in Ace of space season 1. Last year, Pavitra Punia’s ex, Pratik Sehajpal, was in talks with the makers of ‘Bigg Boss’ and was supposed to enter the programme as a wild card entry. However, that did not happen but he definitely enters the OTT season this year.
Ridhima Pandit
Ridhima Pandit is a well-known name on Television. Ridhima rose to fame with Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant and has also been a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi before. Ridhima shares a great rapport with most of her industry peers.
Rakesh Bapat
Rakesh Bapat, known also as Rakesh Vashisht, is an Indian actor and model. He is known for his work in television shows like Saat Phere: Saloni Ka Safar, Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak? and Qubool Hai.
Urfi Javed
Puncch Beat 2 actor Urfi Javed, known for her bold social media image will also appear on the show.
Milind Gaba
Popular for his songs like, ‘Nazar Lag Jayegi’, ‘She Don’t Know’ and ‘Yaar Mod Do’ amongst many others, Milind Gaba is a well-known face in the Punjabi and Bollywood music industry today.
The singer rose to fame with his Punjabi singles and is also known for giving music to some of the hit Bollywood numbers of multi starrer movies Welcome Back and Housefull 3.
Nishant Bhatt
Nishant Bhat was the Super Guru to contestant Rupsa Batabyal on Super Dancer Chapter 3. They won the show, which aired in 2019 on Sony TV.
The contestants have already been placed under quarantine and they will undergo a final Covid-19 test on August 7, post which they will shoot for their entry performance. The grand premiere shoot with Karan Johar will happen over the weekend.
Bigg Boss OTT will air on Monday to Friday on voot on Saturday at 8.00 pm. The audience will also get 24X7 access via live streaming on the platform.
