Cmde Ranjit Rai (Retd.) who wrote the first-ever account of the Naval part of the war between India and Pakistan in 1971 called 'A Nation and it's Navy at war' and 'Warring Navies' (co-authored with Joseph P Chacko who is the publisher, columnist and author) interviews the war veterans so that the record can be kept for the future.
