Maj Gen Rajesh Kundra AVSM, SM (Retd)  is a former General Officer of the Indian Army with over 38 years of experience in strategic planning, operational logistics, force development, intelligence, administration, and military education. He has held senior command and staff appointments across key operational theatres. His post-retirement work spans higher education leadership, defence sector advisory, and executive learning and development. A recipient of Bronze Medal at National Cross-country Skiing and a participant of foreign joint mountain expeditions. He is a research Scholar currently engaged in research on leadership, ethics, and decision-making through the lens of Vedic thought, with a particular interest in developing an Indian framework of leadership rooted in civilisational knowledge.
