The Il-114-300, a Russian regional turboprop aircraft, has achieved a significant milestone in its extensive development program. The Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsiya, has received the complete set of documentation, and all certification flight tests necessary for the issuance of the initial Type Certificate have been completed.  Now that the aircraft has entered the regulatory review phase, it is awaiting approval to enter commercial service.
