Rose of Blackpink has tested positive for Covid-19. The band’s management released a statement saying she isn’t showing any signs of illness.

“Before her overseas departure on February 28, Blackpink’s Rosé took a PCR test, and the results came back positive, causing a portion of her foreign activities to be cancelled,” the statement added. The other three members (Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa) all tested negative, and no one, even Rosé, who was diagnosed with Covid-19, is exhibiting any symptoms.”

In November of last year, Lisa had tested positive for COVID-19 for the uninitiated. Rose had planned to travel overseas for her tour this week, but she has postponed it due to her condition. “As a result, she has had to cancel some of her travel plans.”

“All four members of Blackpink have finished their Covid-19 vaccine,” the statement said, “and we will prioritize the health of our artists and staff members and spare no effort [to ensure their safety].” If you could show your support for Rosé’s quick recovery as well as the BLACKPINK members that are active around the world, it would be fantastic. If there are any changes in the future, we will offer an update.”

Despite its popularity, the show was not without controversy. The show has been accused of misrepresenting the history of Korea’s 1987 student protests.

When Jisoo signed into Weverse and decided to communicate with the BLACKPINK fandom, they were in for a pleasant surprise. Late into the night, the singer, who was recently seen in Snowdrop, responded to countless comments from admirers all over the world.
