Lt Gen Milan Naidu, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, is from the Rajput Regiment, commissioned in Dec 1967. He commanded his Battalion in Sri Lanka during OP PAWAN. He finally retired as the Vice Chief of Army Staff in 2008. Presently he is settled in Bhopal. * Views are personal.
