The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves and featuring Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight, has received its first reviews.

The Batman reviews have been released, and many people are complimenting the film’s aesthetics and director Matt Reeves’ vision of Gotham City’s Dark Knight on Twitter. Robert Pattinson’s portrayal of the caped crusader has also received widespread acclaim.

The Batman has received rave reviews from critics who have seen it. Most of the reviews have been excellent, and Pattinson’s version of Batman has been warmly received. The actor is taking over Ben Affleck’s role. As previously stated, the upcoming picture would have a different approach and manner than previous Batman films, portraying Gotham City’s Dark Knight in a detective-like light. For many fans who aren’t familiar with comic books, The Batman will undoubtedly be a fresh experience. The Batman score by Michael Giacchino has also been praised as one of the film’s best features.

The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves, has received its first internet reviews, and they’re mixed. Critics have acclaimed the film’s sombre tone and Reeves’ direction. Many people consider it one of the best comic book films ever made.

“A gloomy, gritty, and compelling super-noir, The Batman ranks among the Dark Knight’s bleakest and most thrillingly ambitious live-action appearances,” critics said on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.

“In terms of tone, scale, and storyline, Matt Reeves’ remake of the ever-fruitful franchise is more of a film noir than a fable about magnificent flying creatures, more Zodiac and Seven than Guardians of the Galaxy or Eternals,” commented Richard Roeper of the Chicago Sun-Times.

“Everything is startlingly alive and new in Matt Reeves’ confident hands,” Christy Lemire wrote for RogerEbert.com. “Reeves likes these dead-end apocalyptic worlds and delights in tales that toy with the moral calculus of standard hero narratives,” Vulture’s Bilge Ebiri noted in another positive review. He’s given us a Batman he can believe in, not to mention one who feels appropriate for our times.”

It is apparent from some of the international reviews that the new Batman film has managed to hit the appropriate notes. Some even compared The Batman to Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, which has become a standard for comic book films due to its realism.

On the other hand, negative reviews pointed out that the film doesn’t push the boundaries as far as it claims. The Seattle Times Moira Macdonald described it as “depressing, gloomy, and unending.” “Imagine if David Fincher made a Batman movie, but it was filtered to air on Walmart televisions,” Mashable’s Kristy Puchko said.

The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, Jeffrey Wright, Paul Dano, Colin Farrell, John Turturro, and others, will hit theatres on Friday, with previews beginning on Thursday.

Other reviews, including Collider’s Ross Bonaime’s good review, critique the film’s “poor” last act. Though the third act “can’t help but start to hit the notes one would expect from a superhero film,” feeling “tonally at odds with what the rest of the film has done,” The Batman is “the best Batman film since The Dark Knight,” with a captivating and rich world that reinvigorates characters we’ve already seen on screen over and over.”

According to reviews, Pattinson, who plays the Dark Knight detective, is allowed to be an active protagonist in his film rather than a supporting role to a villain who chews up the scenery as in prior films.

Fans have been anticipating the release of the Batman film directed by Matt Reeves since Robert Pattinson was cast in the role of the Caped Crusader. Several previews have already sparked excitement for The Batman, which will be released in theatres globally on March 4th. Meanwhile, the cast and crew have been touring the world with their new film, and a select few have had the opportunity to see it in advance at premiere events.

The Riddler, played by Paul Dano, joins Batman as a new enemy. Little is known about this individual, and the mystery surrounding him contributes to Batman’s mystique. Colin Farrell plays the crime boss Penguin, and he will only appear in the film for a short time. Zoe Kravitz plays Catwoman, and Alfred Pennyworth, Batman’s loyal assistant and butler, is played by Andy Serkis. In India, Batman will be released in different languages. Matt Reeves previously stated that he wanted to keep his film apart from the DCEU and that he did not want to include characters such as Superman, Wonder Woman, or Aquaman. “It’s strange; I started writing the movie for Rob (Pattinson) with no idea if he would want to do it,” Reeves added.
