British actor Sean Bean, who played Ned Stark in “Game of Thrones”, in an interview with The Times reacted in an unusual way when asked about the finale of the HBO fantasy show.

A journalist asked the actor if it was possible to compare the Starks, who separated from Westeros, with BREXIT (the UK left the EU). In response, he admitted that after his character was killed in the first season (2011), he did not follow what happened in the next seven.

In GOT, the continent Westeros is located in the far west of the known world which is separated from the continent of Essos by the Narrow Sea. House Stark of Winterfell is a Great House of Westeros and the royal house of the Kingdom of the North. They rule over the vast region known as the North from their seat in Winterfell.

“Did something happen there?” Bean asked when asked if he had seen the last episode.

The journalist who asked the question initially did not want to give out the details of the Game of Thrones finale in case Sean Bean did want to watch the series, but the actor insisted. “By then I’ll have forgotten everything, go on,” he said.

Then the journalist explained to the actor in detail the ending of “Game of Thrones”, saying that his screen children began to rule Westeros and the North.

“So Winterfell (the capital of the North. – Ed.) Still seceded? So it’s good,” Sean Bean commented on the Game of Thrones finale.
