The Seventeen’s members have officially revealed their first big-screen production, ‘Seventeen Power of Love: The Movie,’ which will be released in theatres worldwide.

‘Seventeen Power of Love: The Movie,’ which will be released in select theatres worldwide on Wednesday, April 20 and Saturday, April 23, has exclusive performances, interviews with the Seventeen members, and comments on Seventeen’s past, present, and future. Before their active promotions in 2022 and beyond, Seventeen wants to devote this video as a personal “love letter” to their adoring followers.

Tickets for ‘Seventeen Power of Love: The Movie’ will go on sale on March 17 at 9 a.m. EST on Screen X, 4DX, and 4DX Screen.

“Powerful performances, in-depth interviews with the 13 members, and commentary on their past, present, and future they will build with CARATs,” according to the press release.

Pledis Entertainment, the boy band’s management company, announced Thursday that Seventeen’s debut film, “Seventeen Power of Love: The Movie,” will be released at CGV cinemas worldwide on April 20.

It’s billed as “a movie letter from Seventeen to Carat [the name for Seventeen’s followers]” on Seventeen’s social media platforms.

Interviews with all 13 members are being included in the film, as well as some behind-the-scenes footage.

In November of last year, the band conducted an internet concert titled “Power of Love.” Scenes from the concert will be included in the film.

According to their official website, SEVENTEEN, the global artist rewriting K-pop history, releases their first-ever film. The group has five platinum albums in Korea, has charted on the US Billboard 200 for two weeks in a row, and is now number one on the Japanese Oricon chart.

The movie includes spectacular performances, in-depth interviews with the 13 members, and CARATs’ commentary on their past, present, and future!

The film version of SEVENTEEN’s love letter to CARATs encapsulates all of the world’s affection for them!

Pledis Entertainment formed the boy band Seventeen in South Korea. S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Hoshi, Jun, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino are the thirteen members of the group.

The EP 17 Carat was released on May 26, 2015, and it was their first release. The album went on to become the year’s longest-charting K-pop album in the United States, and it was the only debut album to make Billboard’s “10 Best K-Pop Albums of 2015” list. Seventeen acts as a single unit, with members, separated into three groups, each specializing in a distinct area: ‘Hip-Hop Team,’ ‘Vocal Team,’ and ‘Performance Team.’ Seventeen has released three studio albums and twelve EPs since its inception.

Seventeen is a “self-producing” idol group, with each member contributing to songwriting, choreography, and other parts of their songs and shows. Various local and foreign media outlets have referred to the group as “Performance Kings,” “Theater Kids of K-pop,” and “K-pop Performance Powerhouse.”

Since their debut in 2015, all 13 members have been recognized to have contributed to the group’s creative process, and it’s no wonder that the Korean media and general public have dubbed them “.” (Self-Produced Idol).

SEVENTEEN aren’t the first idols to self-produce, but they’ve helped to normalize the idea that idols should be able to showcase their talent and be praised for it. Being heavily involved in all elements of the group’s creative process, from music to choreography, isn’t the only thing SEVENTEEN has to offer. They are known for being one of the most synchronized acts and have deservedly earned the “K-Pop Performance Powerhouse” label despite being larger than the normal K-Pop group with 13 members. When faced with many obstacles, the road to success hasn’t been easy, but with a strong sense of collaboration and enough passion for destroying a stage floor during a performance, SEVENTEEN has become one of the most well-known and respected bands in the world.

Although SEVENTEEN debuted in 2015, their journey began in 2012, when Pledis Entertainment released a video titled Seventeen TV on their YouTube page, teasing the arrival of a new boy group in the firm. Seventeen TV, which was aired on UStream, was the trainees’ first introduction to the outside world. The live streaming show followed trainees as they went through the training process in the company’s famed “Melona” green practice room over two years.

Due to financial issues at the organization before the birth of the new boy group, their initial debut date of 2013 was pushed back several times, causing some trainees to depart the company before their debut. S.Coups, the band’s frontman, claimed in a 2015 interview with IZE Magazine that having their debut be postponed was stressful because they rehearsed every day as if they were going to debut the next month. The gang decided to take matters into their own hands at some point and began learning how to compose their music. Woozi, who is now regarded as SEVENTEEN’s main producer, started making songs by messing around with an app he found on member Wonwoo’s Macbook during his trainee year.

A teaser was released on April 19, 2015, stating that the remaining trainees would appear in MBC Music’s Seventeen Project: Debut Big Plan. Rather than competing against each other for a chance to debut, the 13 members worked together via a series of tasks to improve their skills to impress the general public and music business professionals. All 13 members were confirmed to debut before the end of the seven-episode series, and SEVENTEEN became the first male K-Pop group to launch with a one-hour live broadcast showcase. A simple arithmetic equation may be used to explain the group’s name with THIRTEEN members divided into THREE teams, but together they constitute ONE team: SEVENTEEN = THIRTEEN + THREE + ONE.
